2racks pork ribs,
4Tbsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Steak Seasoning,
1small yellow onion, sliced,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
1can (12 oz.) H-E-B Old Fashioned Diet Root Beer,
2btls. (12 oz. each ) H-E-B Flyin' Saucy Barbeque Sauce,
1Preheat oven to 350éF. Trim fat from ribs as needed; cover ribs with steak seasoning.
2Layer roasting pan with sliced onions; place ribs on top. Add 1 cup water to the pan.
3Combine BBQ sauce ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup, and brush ribs with remaining sauce.
4Cover pan with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours or until ribs are tender. Remove foil; brush ribs with remaining sauce and bake uncovered 10 minutes or until sauce has become a glaze.
