1lb.93% lean ground turkey,
1/3c.H-E-B Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs,
1H-E-B Large Egg,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning,
*H-E-B Non-stick Spray,
1/2c.chopped red bell pepper,
1/2c.chopped green bell pepper,
4H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Thin Rounds,
1Heat a large skillet to Medium heat.
2In a large bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, and taco seasoning. Set aside.
3Spray hot skillet with non-stick spray. Add onion and bell peppers, and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
4Fold sautéed vegetables into turkey mixture. Divide into four portions and form into patties.
5Spray skillet used to cook vegetables with non-stick spray. Cook patties 5 minutes on each side. Serve between toasted thin rounds.
