1lb.H-E-B 96% Lean Ground Beef,
1c.H-E-B 2% Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese,
1Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
2Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and prepare pasta as directed on package.
3In a large non-stick skillet, brown ground beef over Medium- High heat. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat.
4When pasta is cooked to desired tenderness, drain and add to beef mixture, tossing to combine.
5Transfer to prepared baking pan and top with shredded cheese.
6Bake 3 to 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
