Ingredients

1lb.93% lean ground turkey breast,

1pkg. (1.25 oz.) H-E-B 30% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning,

1can (14.5 oz.) Fat Free Refried Beans,

12H-E-B Baked Corn Tostadas,

1head romaine lettuce, shredded,

3Roma tomatoes, chopped,

1small onion, chopped (optional),

1/2c.H-E-B 2% Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese,

Directions

1Heat a large skillet over high heat 2 minutes. Brown ground turkey until fully cooked. Add taco seasoning and prepare as directed on taco seasoning package; cover and keep warm on low heat.

2Heat beans in a small covered bowl in the microwave.

3Spread beans on tostadas, top with taco filling, lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
