Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Ingredients

1/2c.H-E-B Parmesan Cheese,

1/4c.H-E-B Unsalted Butter, softened,

3Tbsp.H-E-B Mayo,

2Tbsp.fresh lemon juice,

1/4Tbsp.dried basil,

1/4 tsp.ground black pepper,

1/8 tsp.onion powder,

1/8 tsp.H-E-B Kosher Salt,

2lbs.tilapia fillets,

Directions

1Preheat oven broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line with aluminum foil.

2In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, butter, mayo and lemon juice. Season with basil, pepper, onion powder and salt. Mix well and set aside.

3Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes. Flip fillets over and broil a few more minutes.

4Remove from oven and cover tops of fillets with Parmesan mixture. Broil 2 more minutes or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook fish.
