Turkey Pot Pie

1c.Central Market Low Sodium Chicken Broth,

1cntr. (4 oz.) fat free plain greek yogurt,

1bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Frozen Mixed Vegetables,

1/2c.chopped onion,

2c.cooked chopped roasted turkey,

•black pepper,

8canned buttermilk biscuits,


1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2Combine chicken broth, yogurt, mixed vegetables, onion and turkey in prepared baking dish. Season to taste with black pepper.

3Cover dish with a paper towel and microwave on High 6 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time.

4Place buttermilk biscuits on top of hot filling. Bake uncovered on center oven rack 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

5Cool 5 minutes before serving.
