Thin Crust Spinach & Feta Pizza

1H-E-B Whole Wheat 12" Pizza Crust,

1/4c.H-E-B Pizza Sauce,

1c.H-E-B Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese,

1Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

1bag (9 oz.) H-E-B Baby Spinach, thinly sliced,

2c.thin sliced mushrooms,

1c.chopped yellow onion,

1/2 tsp.crushed red pepper (optional),


1Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil, and place pizza crust on prepared baking sheet.

2Spread pizza sauce on crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup feta cheese and set aside.

3Combine olive oil, spinach, mushrooms, onion and crushed red pepper, if desired, in large microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on High 1 minute, stir, and microwave 1 more minute.

4Spread spinach mixture over feta cheese on crust. Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese.

5Bake on bottom oven rack 8 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to turn golden.

6Remove from oven and cut into 8 slices. Serve and enjoy!
