Ingredients

1 1/2c.semisweet chocolate chips,

1pkg. (12 oz.)silken tofu or medium soft tofu,

1Tbsp.Central Market Pure Maple Syrup,

1 tsp.vanilla extract,

1c.H-E-B Frozen Raspberries,

1/2c.sugar substitute,

1/2c.graham cracker crumbs,

Directions

1Place chocolate chips in a medium bowl and microwave 1 minute or until melted. Stir.

2In a food processor, add melted chocolate, tofu, syrup, and vanilla. Process until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.

3Add berries and sugar; process until smooth. Place in small cups and top with graham cracker crumbs.
