Rhubarb Chutney

1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Frozen Rhubarb,

1/2bag (14 oz.)H-E-B Select Frozen Cherries and Berries,

1/2can (12 oz.)Hill Country Fare Frozen 100% Apple Juice Concentrate,

2 tsp.curry,

1 1/2 tsp.cinnamon,


1Place all ingredients in a saucepan on the stove top on high heat, bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat to medium, cover, simmer 20 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir occasionally.

3Remove from heat and let cool. Sauce will continue to thicken as it cools. Serve chutney over chicken, beef, or turkey.
