3/4c.H-E-B Unsweetened Applesauce,
4pitted dates, diced,
1/4c.flavored vanilla yogurt,
1Remove skin of sweet potato and poke holes in sweet potato. Microwave on high 8 minutes or until soft. In a large mixing bowl, mash potato until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients.
2Dip apples or other fruits and veggies of choice.
