Ingredients

2slicesH-E-B Bake Shop High Fiber Heart Healthy Bread,

1Tbsp.reduced fat cream cheese,

1Tbsp.dried blueberries, chopped,

1tsp.mini-chocolate chips,

Directions

1Trim bread crust (optional) and toast bread in waffle iron.

2Spread cream cheese on toast. Top with blueberries and chocolate chips. Place bread slices together to make a sandwich.
