4bulbsbeets, peeled and sliced, with stems and leaves,
2tsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
2Tbsp.honey goat cheese, crumbled,
1Sauté sliced beets and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet on medium high heat until tender. Add leaves and stems. Sauté an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and place on a serving platter.
2Garnish with blackberries and cheese. Serve.
