1linkMarket Fresh Chicken Sausage,

1box (13.25 oz.)H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Elbow Pasta,

2c.fresh cauliflower, finely chopped,

2c.H-E-B 2% Milk Colby Jack Shredded Cheese, divided,

1 1/2c.fat free Greek yogurt,

1/4tsp.garlic powder,

•salt & pepper,


1Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

2Cook sausage in 1/2 inch water in covered skillet over medium high heat 10 minutes; turn sausage; cook an additional 5 minutes until temperature reaches at least 160°F. Remove sausage from pan, cool and cut into cubes.

3Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.

4Place cauliflower and 1 Tablespoon water in microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave 4 minutes. Set aside.

5In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, sausage, cauliflower, 1 1/2 cups cheese, yogurt, and garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 10 minutes.
