Smoked Salmon Crostini with Mozzarella and Red Onion

1pkg.mozzarella fresca slices,

1pkg.Royal Fjord Smoked Salmon Herbed Rounds,

1bottleH-E-B Basting Oil,

1scratch Ciabatta baguette,

1/2red onion, finely chopped,


1Marinate mozzarella slices in basting oil.

2Cut baguette into 1/4 inch slices and toast in oven.

3Place mozzarella slice on top of toasted baguette.

4Curl half of the salmon round and place on top of mozzarella. Garnish with chopped onion.
