1lb.chicken, cooked and cubed,
1pkg.H-E-B Corn Poblano Soup,
1canH-E-B Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies,
1/4c.finely diced onion,
12H-E-B Corn Tortillas, torn into bite-size pieces,
1 1/2c.H-E-B Low-Fat Shredded Cheese,
1Preheat oven to 385°F.
2In a medium bowl combine chicken, soup, tomatoes and onion, stirring until well blended.
3In a 13x9x2-inch baking pan, layer tortilla pieces, soup mixture, and cheese. Repeat for three layers.
4Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
