4H-E-B Salmon Burgers,
4slicesH-E-B Monterey Jack Cheese,
4sandwich thins or Kaiser rolls,
1c.fresh H-E-B Mango or Pineapple Pico de Gallo, drained,
1largeavocado, cut into thin slices,
•leaf lettuce or spinach, optional,
1Cook salmon burgers according to package directions. Top with cheese after turning to second side.
2Heat bread, if desired. Combine pico de gallo with mayonnaise and mustard; spread mixture over cut sides of rolls or sandwich thins. Place salmon patties, topped with avocado slices, in between "buns"; add lettuce or spinach, if desired. Press together gently and serve.
