4lb.pork butt roast, bone-in,
1c.H-E-B More Fruit Raspberry Fruit Spread,
1can (3.5 oz.)chiptole peppers in adobo sauce,
1Preheat oven to 500°F. Reduce heat to 350°F.
2Place pork roast fat side up in a Dutch oven.
3Mix fruit spread and chipotle peppers in medium bowl. Pour over roast, spreading evenly.
4Cover. Bake 2 hours (30 minutes per pound) or until internal temperature is 165°F.
