1refrigerated pie crust,
2bags (16 oz. each)H-E-B Frozen Peach Slices,
2Tbsp.H-E-B Bakers Scoop All Purpose Flour,
1/2c. + 1 tsp.brown sugar blend,
1/2tsp.Central Market Organics Ground Nutmeg or Cinnamon,
1/4c.Central Market Organics Texas Pecan Pieces,
1H-E-B Egg Yolk,
1Preheat oven to 385°F. Remove pie crust from package and let rest at room temperature 20 minutes. Carefully unroll crust on a floured surface and roll out 2 more inches in diameter. Place crust on a sprayed baking sheet pan, set aside.
2Place peaches in microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High power 6 minutes. Drain liquid from peaches. Combine drained peach slices, flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar blend, nutmeg and pecans in a bowl; stir well. Place peach mixture in center of crust and carefully fold outside 2 inches of crust over to the center (in an overlapping pattern).
3Combine water and egg yolk. Brush on pie crust. Sprinkle crust with 1 teaspoon brown sugar blend.
4Bake peach tart 35 minutes or until golden and peaches are bubbling.
