4 - 6 pork ribeye steaks¹,
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Val Verde or House Rub,
1/2 c. Better Than Good Texas Moppin' Sauce²,
1 Season steaks with rub and set aside. Prepare charcoal fire or heat up gas grill.
2 Place ribeyes 4 inches above medium heat and grill 3 to 5 minutes (depending on thickness). Turn steaks, brush cooked side with Moppin' Sauce, after turning, and cook to desired degree of doneness. Brush with sauce again and remove from grill.
3 Let stand 5 minutes, brush with sauce one more time and serve.
