2c.H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Brown Rice,
1lb.chicken tenders, cut into 1 inch cubes,
1can (11 oz.)Hill Country Fare Mandarin Oranges,
2Tbsp.lite soy sauce,
1Tbsp.red pepper flakes,
2pkgs.Mann's Vegetable Medley,
1Prepare rice as directed on the package.
2Meanwhile, seal chicken and cornstarch in a zipper bag. Toss to coat. Set aside.
3Heat a heavy bottom skillet on medium high heat. Stir in oranges, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, pepper flakes and ginger. Bring to a boil and add chicken.
4Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry 10 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry 5-7 more minutes or until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
5Serve with brown rice.
