Ingredients

2lb.ground chicken,

1tsp.H-E-B Chicken Fajita Seasoning,

1/4c.low-fat mayonnaise,

1c.H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Spinach, chopped,

1/2can (14.5 oz.)H-E-B Diced Tomatoes, drained,

1pkg.H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Buns,

Directions

1Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F.

2Combine chicken, seasoning, mayonnaise, spinach, and tomatoes in a bowl and shape into 8 patties. Place on foil-lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and freeze 10 minutes.

3Place patties on a grilling mesh and grill 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Place each burger on a whole wheat bun.
