1pkg. (16 oz.)H-E-B Extra Lean Ground Beef,
1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Chili Powder,
3H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic Cloves, chopped,
1c.H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Diced Onion,
1jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped,
•salt & pepper,
12H-E-B Baked Corn Tostadas,
4c.shredded iceberg lettuce,
1bag (8 oz.)H-E-B Fat Free Cheddar Cheese,
1Heat a heavy bottom skillet over high heat 3 minutes. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray, add ground beef and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add chili powder, garlic and onions. Continue to cook 4 minutes or until beef begins to brown. Add jalapeño and tomato. Reduce heat to medium, cook 10 minutes, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2Everyone can make their own tostadas. To assemble, place 2 baked tostadas on a plate and top with 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 1/3 cup seasoned beef and 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
