Ingredients

1( 1 1/2 lb.)fresh Sockeye Salmon Fillet,

2Tbsp.Central Market Organics Lemon Infused Olive Oil,

1/2tsp.fresh cracked black pepper,

1/4c.H-E-B Raspberry Chipotle Marinade,

Directions

1Heat charcoal or gas grill to 450°F. Set grilling mesh on foil-lined baking sheet, spray with non-stick spray, arrange salmon fillet on top, skin side down.

2Brush fillet with lemon olive oil, season with fresh cracked black pepper.

3Place grilling mesh with fillet on grill, close lid and grill 10 minutes. Brush with raspberry chipotle marinade, grill 3 more minutes.
