Ingredients

1H-E-B Whole Wheat 12" Pizza Crust,

1/4c.H-E-B Pizza Sauce,

1c.H-E-B Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese,

1Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

1bag (9 oz.)Fresh Express Spinach, thin sliced,

2c.mushrooms, thin sliced,

1c.red onion, chopped,

1/2tsp.crushed red pepper (optional),

1tsp.Italian seasoning blend,

Directions

1Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil, set aside. Place pizza crust on prepared baking sheet.

2Spread crust with 1/4 cup pizza sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup feta cheese and set aside.

3Combine olive oil, thin sliced spinach, mushrooms, red onion and crushed red pepper, if desired, in large microwave safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, microwave on high power 1 minute, stir and microwave 1 more minute.

4Spread spinach mixture over feta cheese, and sprinkle with remaining feta cheese and Italian seasoning.

5Bake on bottom oven rack 8 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to turn golden.
