Mexican Style Chili Fruit Platter

1personal size watermelon, cut into thin triangle slices,

1small papaya, halved, seeded, cut into thin wedges,

1pineapple, peeled, cut into 1-inch thick spears,

2mangos, stone removed, peeled and cut into chunks or slices,

1Tbsp.chili lime salt,

4limes, each cut into 6 wedges,


1Arrange watermelon, papaya, pineapple and mangos on a large platter. Sprinkle with chili lime salt to taste. Drizzle lime juice, serve.
