Ingredients

12Roma tomatoes, halved,

2clovesgarlic, unpeeled,

1smallonion, quartered,

1jalapeño pepper, halved,

1 1/2Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,

1tsp.Hill Country Fare Ground Cumin,

1/2tsp.salt,

3Tbsp.fresh lime juice,

1/4c. choppedfresh cilantro,

Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2In a medium baking dish (try the Cocinaware Dutch Oven), place tomatoes, garlic, onion and jalapeño pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.

3Checking often, broil 20 – 25 minutes, or until outsides of vegetables are charred.

4Remove vegetables from heat. Remove jalapeño stem and garlic skins.

5In a food processor, coarsely chop charred vegetables. Transfer to Cocinaware Salsa Crock and mix in cumin, salt, lime juice and cilantro.
