8c.shredded green cabbage,
1 1/2c.H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Pico de Gallo,
1/4c.H-E-B Olive Oil,
1/3c.fresh lime juice,
•salt & pepper,
2c.H-E-B Corn Chips,
1Thin slice cabbage with a sharp knife. Use Cocinaware Tower Grater to grate carrots.
2Combine cabbage, carrots and pico de gallo and set aside in the Cocinaware large bowl.
3Combine olive oil and lime juice in Cocinaware small bowl; stir well. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more. Top salad with corn chips and toss before serving.
