Ingredients

1H-E-B Classic Selections Extra Thin Crust Cheese Pizza,

1/2c. thin slicedH-E-B Select Grilled Eggplant,

1/2c. thin slicedH-E-B Select Grilled Red & Yellow Peppers,

1 1/2c. choppedH-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Strips (thawed) or Wild Brown Peeled & Deveined Shrimp (optional),

Directions

1Heat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2Place frozen pizza on baking sheet and evenly sprinkle with eggplant and peppers. Add thawed chopped chicken (no pre-cooking necessary for H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Strips) or raw shrimp if desired.

3Bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until cheese in center is melted and bubbly. Cut into 6 to 8 slices and serve.
