4 hard sandwich rolls or ciabatta bread,
4 thick slices fresh mozzarella cheese,
1 Roma tomato,
• fresh basil leaves,
• Balsamic vinegar for drizzling,
• salt and pepper, to taste,
1 Cut sandwich rolls or ciabatta bread for sandwiches. Slice the tomato thinly.
2 Assemble sandwich with equal amounts of tomato, 1 slice of mozzarella and basil leaves.
3 Drizzle balsamic vinegar over sandwich, add salt and pepper to taste. Top with remaining roll slices.
