2largefresh jalapeño peppers,

4largegarlic cloves,

1smallonion, peeled and cut into wedges,

1/4c.H-E-B Olive Oil,

1/3c.loosely packed chopped cilantro leaves,

•juice of 1 lime,


1Prepare the Roasted Tomato & Jalapeño Salsa using same method as above. Process grilled vegetables, cilantro and lime juice to a chunky texture. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
