Ingredients

1 loaf (16 oz.) H-E-B Country French Loaf,

1 bag (10 oz.) frozen H-E-B Chopped Green Pepper,

1 bag (12 oz.) frozen H-E-B Chopped Onion,

1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked Philly Beef Steak,

1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Select Spinach & Cheese,

Directions

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Prepare the French loaf according to package directions. Slice bread lengthwise in half. Place the bread halves on the baking sheet pan and set aside.

2 While bread is baking, heat a heavy bottom skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the green peppers and onions and cook for 4 minutes.

3 While green peppers and onions are cooking, heat the Fully Cooked beef steak according to package directions. Add to the green peppers and onions and reduce heat to low. Divide the beef mixture on loaf halves.

4 Heat the spinach and cheese according to microwave directions. Top the beef mixture with the spinach and cheese and bake on center oven rack for 10 minutes. Cut bread halves into 4 portions each and serve.
