Italian Meatballs with Ravioli Dinner

Homemade Meals


1bag (25 oz.)Hill Country Fare Cheese or Portabella Mushroom Ravioli,

8H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Style Meatballs, cut in half,

1bag (10 oz.)H-E-B Select Extra Fine Chopped Spinach,

1 jar (16 oz.)H-E-B Fire Roasted Tomato Soup,


1Heat the oven to 450°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.

2Prepare ravioli according to package directions, drain, arrange in prepared baking dish and set aside.

3Place the halved meatballs in a small microwave safe baking dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 3 minutes. Arrange the halved meatballs over the ravioli and set aside.

4Prepare fine chopped spinach according to package directions and evenly spoon over ravioli and meatballs. Pour soup over spinach and bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
