3c.Gluten Free Pasta,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
1/2c. each:chopped H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Green Onions & Green Bell Pepper,
1 jar (26 oz.)H-E-B Spicy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce,
1bag (12 oz.)heated H-E-B Fully Cooked Fajita Strips, beef or chicken,
1c.H-E-B Shredded Monterey or Jalapeño Jack Cheese, low fat,
1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2Meanwhile, heat a large skillet on medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil, onions and bell pepper to skillet and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Add cooked pasta, pasta sauce and fajitas to onion mixture and heat over medium high heat, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes. Top with cheese and serve hot.
