Ingredients

1pkg. (16 oz.)Gluten Free Spaghetti,

1each:red bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, cut into 1-inch match-stick strips or chopped,

4H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Green Onions, chopped,

5Roma tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes,

1/4c.chopped basil,

1/2c.Hill Country Fare Italian Salad Dressing, fat free,

•salt & pepper,

Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2While pasta is cooking, combine bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, onions, tomatoes, basil and salad dressing in a large salad bowl; toss to coat. When pasta is cooked, drain thoroughly and add to vegetable mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss pasta and vegetable mixture to combine.
