Ingredients

1pkg. (16 oz.)Gluten Free Elbow Macaroni,

6hard boiled H-E-B Eggs, peeled and sliced,

1c. choppedH-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Onion,

1/2c. choppeddill pickle relish,

1c. choppedred or green bell pepper,

1/2c.H-E-B Mayonnaise, regular, low fat or fat free,

•salt & pepper,

Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain. Combine pasta, eggs, onion, pickle relish, bell pepper and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.
