Gluten Free Cilantro, Jalapeno Pesto Noodles

1c.cilantro, stems removed,

3-4H-E-B Garlic Cloves, peeled,

1 jalapeƱo, seedless,

1/2c.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

1/4c.Central Market All Natural Texas Pecan Pieces,

1c.H-E-B Shredded Italian Parmesan Cheese,

•salt & black pepper,

1pkg. (16 oz.)Gluten Free Fettuccine Noodles,


1Combine cilantro, garlic, jalapeño and olive oil in a food processor or blender container. Process 30 seconds until all ingredients are coarsely chopped. Add pecan pieces and process 30 more seconds. Place cilantro mixture in a large pasta bowl and stir in shredded Parmesan cheese. Season pesto to taste with salt and black pepper; set aside.

2Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and add to pesto in pasta bowl. Toss to coat.
