8oz.H-E-B Small Shell or Elbow Macaroni,
2cans (5 - 6 oz. each)Central Market Tuna packed in oil,
1cartonH-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! 3-color Diced Bell Peppers,
1c.finely chopped celery,
2Tbsp. (or more)H-E-B Capers, optional,
1/4c.Cookwell & Company Olive & Lemon Vinaigrette,
1bagH-E-B Baby Spinach and Arugula,
•salt and pepper, to taste,
1Cook pasta in 4 cups boiling salted water about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
2In the meantime, place tuna in a large bowl. Add bell peppers, celery and capers, if using; stir to mix.
3Combine mayonnaise with vinaigrette.Toss with tuna mixture, pasta and dressing; season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over spinach and arugula.
