1/2tsp.H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Seasoning,
2Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Canola Oil,
1pkg. (5 oz.)Hill Country Fare Vermicelli,
1jalapeño pepper, seeded & chopped (optional),
1box (17.3 oz.)H-E-B Tomato Soup,
1mediumzucchini, chopped into small cubes,
1Season the thin sliced chicken breasts with the Fajita Seasoning and canola oil. Heat a large skillet on high heat for 2 minutes. Add the seasoned chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Stir in the vermicelli, chopped jalapeno and onion and continue to stir-fry until vermicelli is a light golden brown (about 2 minutes).
2Add the H-E-B Tomato soup, zucchini, cilantro and 1 cup water; stir. Bring to a boil, cover and lower heat to medium low for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
