1/2c.H-E-B Champagne Sweet Tomatoes, halved ,
1/4red bell pepper, diced,
1Tbsp.Orange Salad Dressing (equal parts orange juice & olive oil),
2H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas, thin sliced & baked 5 minutes at 450°F,
1Combine romaine, tomatoes and bell pepper in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve. Before serving, toss the salad and top each serving with tortilla strips and dressing.
