1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Canola Oil,
1tube (16 oz.)H-E-B Ground Turkey Breast,
1c.H-E-B Instant Brown Rice,
1c.chopped cranberries, fresh or frozen,
1pouch (16 oz.)H-E-B Fall Harvest Soup,
1Heat a large heavy bottom skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the oil and ground turkey and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until golden and crumbly. Add the celery, brown rice and chopped cranberries and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
2Add the H-E-B Fall Harvest soup and 1/2 cup water to the turkey mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook 10 minutes. Serve hot.
