Ingredients

2largeGranny Smith or Pink Lady Apples, peeled, cored and thin sliced,

•juice of 1 lemon,

1bag (5 oz.)H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Spring Mix Greens,

1/4c.H-E-B Reduced Fat Feta Cheese,

1/2c.Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces,

1/4c.Easy Pomegranate Vinaigrette, see recipe,

Directions

1Toss sliced apple slices in lemon juice and drain. Layer the drained apple slices, salad greens, Feta cheese and walnuts in a large salad bowl. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.

2Before serving, toss the salad and add 2 Tablespoons Pomegranate Vinaigrette to each serving.
