Ingredients

1 1/2c.H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream,

1/2c.crumbled H-E-B Reduced Fat Feta Cheese,

1/2c.chopped fresh basil,

3large roma tomatoes, chopped,

3clovesgarlic, peeled and chopped,

1package (13.25 oz.)H-E-B Whole Wheat Spaghetti,

1package (16 oz.)H-E-B Frozen Chopped Spinach,

1bag (32 oz.)Hill Country Fare Large Peeled & Deveined Frozen Shrimp,

Directions

1In a large bowl, combine the fat free sour cream, reduced fat feta cheese, chopped basil, chopped tomatoes and chopped garlic. Season the mixture to taste with salt and black pepper. Set mixture aside.

2Cook pasta according to package directions, but after the first 8 minutes of boiling, add chopped spinach and shrimp to boiling pasta. Allow the water to start boiling again and cook the mixture for 2 more minutes. Drain pasta mixture and place in a large pasta bowl.

3Add the sour cream mixture to the hot pasta and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
