Ingredients

1package (8 oz.)H-E-B Fat Free Cream Cheese,

2Tbsp.H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream,

1Tbsp.lime juice,

1green onion, chopped,

1package (4 oz.)H-E-B Smoked Salmon, flaked,

1tsp.fresh dill, chopped,

1bagH-E-B Fully Fit Multi Grain Baked Pita Chips,

Directions

1Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream in a food processor bowl. Process the cream cheese mixture on high speed for 30 seconds. Add lime-juice and onions and process for 15 seconds. Add the flaked smoked salmon and dill and process for 10 seconds to a chunky texture. Season the salmon spread to taste with salt and pepper.

2Place the salmon spread in a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerated until ready to use. To serve, spread 1 teaspoon salmon spread on each Multigrain Pita chip.
