1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Select Frozen Thin Green Beans,
2Tbsp.H-E-B Olive Oil,
1bag (10 oz.)Central Market All Naturals Wild Mushrooms, thawed,
1/2box (6 oz.)H-E-B Garlic Herb Croutons,
1c.chopped red bell pepper,
1Heat oven to 425°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch-baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2Cook the green beans according to package directions, drain and set aside.
3Combine the olive oil, shallots in a microwave safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 1 minute and set aside. Place the mushrooms in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 4 minutes. Combine the cooked green beans, onion olive oil mixture and mushrooms in the prepared baking dish and set aside.
4Place 1/2 box of HEB Garlic Onion Croutons in a food processor and process for 10 seconds or until croutons are in coarse chunks.
5Evenly spread crushed croutons and chopped red pepper over the green bean mixture. Bake the green bean casserole on the center oven rack for 15 minutes. Stir the casserole & serve hot.
