*juice of 1 lime,

2Tbsp.H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil,

1clovegarlic, chopped,

2Tbsp.cilantro leaves,

1/2c. choppedtomato,

1/4c. choppedonion,

1fresh jalapeño, seeded and chopped,

1/2tsp.Hill Country Fare Fajita Spice,

1(8 oz.)H-E-B Tough & Easy Container,


1Combine the ingredients in a blender or small food processor and blend to a chunky texture. Pour the Vinaigrette in the Tough & Easy container, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Use 2 Tablespoons per serving.
