1thin sliceyellow sweet onion, rings separated,
1H-E-B Pickled Jalapeño, thin sliced,
2Tbsp.H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese,
2c.H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! All American Salad Blend,
1Layer the brisket, vinaigrette, tomato, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, shredded cheese and salad greens on a dinner plate. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss salad before serving.
