1Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Canola Oil,
1tube (16 oz.)H-E-B Ground Turkey Breast,
2Tbsp.Hill Country Fare Chili Powder,
1 1/2c.chopped tomatoes,
1c.H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese,
4H-E-B Baked Tostadas,
1Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the canola oil and ground turkey and stir-fry until the meat is browned. Add chili powder and 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
2Combine the shredded lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes and cooked turkey in a salad bowl; toss gently to mix. Top each taco salad with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and one baked tostada.
