1 1/2lb.beef sirloin steak, fat trimmed off,
1tsp.H-E-B Texas Original Steak Seasoning,
8H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Lettuce Scoops,
1c.H-E-B Champagne Tomatoes, thin sliced,
1smallred onion, thin sliced & rings separated,
1Tbsp.H-E-B Blue Cheese Crumbles (optional),
1Spray the grill rack with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Season the sirloin steak with steak seasoning on both sides. Grill each side for 5 to6 minutes or to desired degree of doneness. Cut meat across the grain into 1/2-inch strips.
2Fill each lettuce scoop with 3 slices of grilled steak and top with sliced tomatoes, red onion rings and blue cheese if desired.
