1fresh avocado, thin sliced,

1c.H-E-B Frozen Mango Chunks, sliced,

1bag (5 oz.)H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Baby Spinach Leaves,

2slicesred onion, separated into rings,

1/2c.H-E-B Queso Fresco, crumbled,

2c.Hill Country Fare Cooked Shrimp, thawed,

Directions

1Layer avocado slices, mango slices, salad greens, onion rings and Queso Fresco in a large salad bowl or platter. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more. Before serving toss salad and serve with Sweet & Tangy Vinaigrette.
