1jar (12 oz.)H-E-B Artichoke Salad,
4H-E-B Kalamata Olives, pitted & halved,
1cucumber, sliced lengthwise, seeded and thin sliced,
1c.H-E-B Champagne Tomatoes, cut into halves,
1/2c.H-E-B Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese,
1 to 2Tbsp.fresh dill or 1 tsp. Central Market Organics Dried Dill,
4H-E-B Fully Cooked Herb Roasted Chicken Breast,
1Layer the artichoke salad, olives, cucumber, tomato, cheeses and dill in a large salad bowl; toss gently. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill or 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
2Before serving, heat the fully cooked chicken according to package directions and thin slice. Toss the salad, season to taste with salt and pepper and top with 1/2 cup of sliced chicken.
